Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date of pick up or receipt of a shipped order.  Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, unused and with original tags/seals. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. To return an item in store, you must have the original receipt.

We do not accept returns on any sealed trading card game products, trading card game singles or any other secondary market items. Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Sale and discount items are final sale.

Minor packaging issues, such as small cellophane tears, amongst others, are not grounds for returns. We receive product only from official distribution channels and products are often sent to us with minor issues.

Please note: If you receive a board game that is missing a piece, in most cases, you must contact the manufacturer/publisher to get a replacement. We can’t order them on your behalf.

Return Shipping
To return an item, please mail it to: Cardboard Classic Games LTD., 31 Disera Drive, Unit #100, Vaughan ON L4J 0A7 Canada.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for items lost in shipping; you must obtain a tracking number for your shipment as proof of return to us. 

Online Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt and inform you whether the return will be accepted. If accepted, a refund will be processed and issued in the original method of payment. If the return was purchased using a credit card it can take several days for the refund to show on your statement. As previously stated, the refund will be for item(s) returned only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Errors

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Should there appear to be an error, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action. To do so, either email us at cardboardclassicgames@gmail.com or call us at 1-905-597-7270.

 

Shipping Damages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and keep all the packaging/shipping materials. Email us at cardboardclassicgames@gmail.com or call us at 1-905-597-7270. We will need pictures of the damages to make a claim. Depending on the exact situation, we can refund, replace, or discount the purchase.
