Please familiarize yourself with our normal policies as well as the following;
- The sale runs from Dec 26, 2024 12:05am (EST) to Dec 29th, 2024 11:55pm (EST). Please keep in mind, the discounts are applied automatically and they may take up to 15 minutes to populate on the website.
- Processing time for both online orders and In-Store Pickup orders may increase. Please wait until you receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup. We have noticed certain emails, namely hotmail, have issues receiving the automatic emails. Please keep an eye on your Spam. If you need to ask if your order is ready, please send us an email.
- There will be no rain checks on sale prices, sales will not be applied retroactively to purchases.
- Our normal policy of no returns on sale items will be in effect for the sale. Please ensure your order is exactly what you would like to receive.
- Please only send lists of singles you are willing to purchase. Please let us know when you are available to pick them up. We will send you a total and let you know when they are ready.
- Should inventory errors occur, we will refund any missing items and ship the remainder. We apologize for any errors that may occur.
- We cannot guarantee we will be able to do buylists/purchase singles in the same day. They will take longer than usual to complete.
